FREE CONSULTATION We provide free consultation and site analysis for your project. Every project is different and we design our system based on your site conditions and needs. We can provide a system that covers your entire property or install in phases.
FREE COST ESTIMATE We will provide an estimate based on your site conditions, areas to be irrigated, level of difficulty, and water sources provided. We will then submit a written proposal detailing what we will do for you and exactly what your costs will be.
RECENT CODE CHANGES Due to recent changes in Kentucky plumbing codes, any irrigation system installed must have a plumbing permit and a code approved backflow device. This change has added on average, about $185.00 to the cost of our installation. We are passing our cost on without any markup. Anyone installing a system, including " D.I.Y. " projects must have a plumber apply for a permit and meet the new code.

Should You Take the Low Bid? It was Ruskin who said: "There is hardly anything in the world that some men cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper; and the people who consider price only, are such men's lawful prey." Remember, in order for the contractor to continue serving you and other customers in a responsible manner they must (1) stay in business and (2) show a fair profit. Simply "paying the bills" is little incentive to a reputable contractor. Again, consider the cost of other items you own or desire compared to the value of your landscape or residence. The low bid is not always the cheapest. Rebuilding or replacing an improperly designed or installed system may cost you many times the amount you thought you saved. You are installing a permanent underground system that must be installed right the first time.
1. Is your prospective contractor properly insured and licensed to work in your area? 2. Have you discussed the equipment to be used, and does the contractor understand your needs? 3. Will your contractor install a quality pro line product, or what ever is on sale that week? 3. Will your new system meet your state's plumbing code? 4. Will your prospective contractor provide a signed written contract if you desire one? 5. What type of warranty does the contractor provide and what is their reputation concerning warranty work? 6. Does your contractor have the know-how, and team to service your system for years to come? 7. Is the contractor recommended by their peers in the "green industry"? 8. Ask for references. 9. Remember! The low bid is not necessarily the least costly in the long run.
