OUR PRODUCTS
We use quality RAINBIRD products exclusively for all of our installations and service. We do
not mix and match products. We use the same professional grade equipment on every
project we do.
OUR PEOPLE
Our staff is trained to install and maintain your system to the highest standards. We acquire
line location for your property. We maintain a safe clean worksite. Our equipment is properly
parked and marked with safety cones, so as not to hamper traffic flow in your neighborhood.
Once started, we finish the project we are on. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR WORK !
INSURANCE
We are fully insured, licensed and bondable. We carry a $2,000,000 commercial grade liability
policy. We are members of the West Kentucky Homebuilders Association and carry their
workman's compensation insurance. Certificates of coverage are always available.
SERVICE AFTER THE SALE !
We will be there to service your system long after the warranty has expired. Many of the new service
customers we take in every year have been deserted by the firms that installed their system and then
lost interest in them. We design and install our systems to last, not just to make a quick buck!
AUTOMATIC DRAINDOWN
Every system we install has automatic KING brand drains to assure that the piping will not freeze. We
do not have to "blow out" the system, it drains by itself.
RAIN SENSORS
We provide a rain sensor for every system we install, regardless of the size of the project. This device
turns off the system after detecting 1/4" of rain or more. Every system installed should be equipped
with one, but some installers do not include them!
WIRING
As stated earlier, we build for the future and only use professional single strand wiring as found in
golf course installations. Some choose to install a multi-strand control wire. We have found
several cases where this smaller, cheaper wire has failed.
HYDRANTS
We provide hydrants with every system we install. These hose connections make use of the sewer
free water meter or lake pump package. They provide water for other washing / watering purposes at your
site.
VALVE BOXES
Something as simple as a valve box can make a difference to us. We pay almost double the cost to get a
better box that stays locked. This keeps the lid from being sucked up under mower decks and you
replacement costs.
